Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using InvestAssist, including participation in any pilot program, you agree to these Terms of Service.If you do not agree, you must not use the service.You confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.3. Nature of the ServiceInvestAssist provides:
• Quantitative model-based signals
• Market condition classifications
• Educational analysis of selected assetsInvestAssist does not:
• Provide investment advice
• Make personal recommendations within the meaning of Article 4(1)(4) of MiFID II
• Take into account your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance
• Execute trades on your behalf

• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrumentAll investing involves risk, including the possible loss of capital.Past performance does not guarantee future results.5. Pilot ProgramIf you participate in a pilot:
• Access is free and temporary.
• Features may change without notice.
• Service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time.As part of the pilot, InvestAssist may collect and analyse data to evaluate and improve the service. This may include:Survey responses regarding investment behaviour
• Interaction data related to the daily brief (such as whether you indicate acting on a signal)
• Email engagement metrics (such as opens and link clicks)
• Feedback provided through forms or interviewsThis data is used solely for research, product evaluation, and improvement of the service.We do not sell your personal data and do not share identifiable participant information with third parties for commercial purposes.We may publish findings in aggregated and anonymised form. No individual participant will be identified without explicit consent.Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time.6. User ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• You may use the service for personal use only
• You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the signals or content.

Intellectual PropertyAll content, models, branding, and materials provided by InvestAssist are the intellectual property of InvestAssist.You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the service without written permission.10. Conflicts of InterestThe operator of InvestAssist may hold positions in financial instruments referenced in signals.InvestAssist does not:
• Engage in market making
• Receive payment for promoting specific securities
• Accept compensation from issuers11. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access at any time if:• You violate these Terms
• The pilot program ends
• The service is discontinued
• You may stop using the service at any time.12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.13.
